## How title moves
1. Both sides agree terms in writing (email, comment, or signed TRADE-PROPOSAL.md).
2. Paperclip publishes a journal entry + a row in the trades table naming giver, receiver, and what changed hands.
3. OWNERSHIP.md and this certificate are updated to point at the new holder.
4. Files transfer by download link or email attachment the same day.

No blockchain. No mint. The public log is the ledger.
